Our classes are small - just 21 Schwinn bikes (15 with cleats you can click into, and 6 you can ride in your tennis shoes) - so you get personal attention in every ride. Faith + fitness, encouragement and real accountability. This is a family, not a big-box gym.
Every instructor at Spin 360 is handpicked and certified, personally trained by Tina to guide, encourage, and help you through any situation — wherever you are starting from.

When medication can help, our partners at ATP+ Health Hackers—right here in the same building—offer medically guided GLP-1 support, carefully evaluated and supervised by Alexis Caputo, FNP-C.

ATP+ Health Hackers is the partnership of Tina and her daughter Alexis Caputo, FNP-C. Tina has been an expert in weight loss since graduating college in 1987 - nearly 40 years of helping people lose weight and keep it off. Alexis is the medical provider, handling full evaluation and ongoing clinical supervision for clients considering prescription weight-loss medications, including GLP-1 therapies.
Because medication works best when paired with movement and nutrition, every plan is connected to the training and coaching that happens right here at Spin 360. The result is one coordinated approach—Tina's weight-loss expertise and Alexis's medical oversight, working together with spinning, personal training, and nutrition coaching.

Personal Training for Seniors
Feel strong again. One-on-one and small sessions at your pace: gentle strength, balance and mobility. Our average senior client is 85. The goal is independence and confidence - moving more easily and leaning less on walkers and canes as strength returns - with Tina's nutrition expertise and faith-based encouragement. Pricing - Simple and Honest
$79/month - 12-month agreement. Sidewalk Sale: walk in and join the same day for $69/month. 3 people joining together: $59/month each. Month-to-month: $125. Contract memberships include a one-time enrollment fee of $129. Or pay for the full year: $800. Drop-in class: $25. Weight Training: $50/session. Women's Bootcamp: $10/class. Personal training: $75 private session, $50/person per session couples, $50/person per session small group, $100/hr at-home. Our Memberships - In Plain English
The $79 price is a 12-month agreement, with the full term highlighted on the one-page agreement you sign before the first payment. Billing is handled by ASF, our billing partner. The agreement can be ended early for a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be in writing by email at least 30 days before you want it to end - social media messages cannot be used. Our Story
Spin 360 was the first dedicated spin studio in the San Gabriel Valley—setting the standard that others soon followed. Founder Tina Schneider pioneered the fusion of high-energy indoor cycling with black lights and immersive atmosphere, creating an experience that transformed the local fitness landscape.
Drawing on her years as nutrition coach for the LA Galaxy and as a nutritionist to Oscar De La Hoya and other professional athletes and celebrities, Tina built something unique in 1998: a single studio that seamlessly integrated spinning, personal training, and a full weight-loss clinic. The result was a destination where performance, science, and community came together under one roof.
This legacy continues to be recognized. Spin 360 has been voted Best Fitness Studio, Best Weight Loss Studio, and Best Personal Trainer in the San Gabriel Valley Readers' Choice Awards.
