What to expect:
Spinning is a challenging, exciting and effective workout, designed to work the whole body from the inside out. Every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon and organ in the body can receive benefits from this class. Whether you are looking for a great workout, or trying our something new, this is the class for you! The more you put into the class, the more you will get out of it.
All of our instructors have been trained and are experienced spinners. Most of our instructors have at least 2 years of teaching experience and many have over 5. Tina Marie Schneider, the owner and director of Spin 360 Fitness has been teaching for over 23 years, and Gerie Brink, for over 18 years. All classes are 40 - 60 minutes and designed for all levels of fitness. You are guaranteed to have a great time! Be prepared to work hard and sweat.

Each Spin 360 ride delivers an intense FULL-BODY workout with a fun and energizing atmosphere. Not only do riders burn calories and get their hearts pumping, but using our method, riders also work their core and tone their upper bodies. In our studio, we ensure that each member is treated to the country's best instructors and staff, trained to deliver unique services and personal attention to all levels of riders.
What to wear:
Men: workout shorts or sweats and a workout shirt.
Women: exercise top and shorts — dress as lightly as possible.
NO COLOGNE, PERFUME, SCENTED OILS, or MENTHOL SCENTS.
NO residual smoking smells please.
We have beginner bikes to accommodate most tennis shoes and 15 bikes that use the Keo cleats. See pictures below. We also rent shoes with cleats for $2.00 per ride.
Keo Cleats: If you plan on becoming a member, we recommend buying your own shoes.
Who can come:
Anyone who is healthy enough, per their doctor, to do a 40 - 60 minute exercise class is welcome. Children over 12 may attend if they are 100% willing and able
