We specialize In Private One-on-One Personal Training and Private Small Group Training
One-on-one personal training $75/hr in our private studio.
One-on-one personal training $100/hr at your home
Couples (2 people) training $50/hr/each in our private studio
Classes (minimum of 3 people) $40/ person/class

Faith Filled Spinning is an experiential worship created to deepen people's connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to facilitate a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity for believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship, and wellness.
We spin with Christian Holy filled music as we raise our heart rate to the beat of the music.
Finally, the last 5 minutes of class our cooling down period, one of our members, Julia Elizabeth Ismail, leads the class in a devotional...... Feel free to bring a prayer request and we will pray over your prayer during class!

"One day, Amy and I thought it would be fun to co-teach a spin class together and two months later, we haven’t turned back. We had so much fun that we now instruct class every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 a.m. Our deepest desire for our students is to make them sweat as much as possible, while spinning to the best beats and leaving inspired. We believe that music makes the party and I’ve jokingly named us the “Latina Fire” because class sure does bring the heat! Amy and I both bring the best of ourselves and pour our heart into our rides so we can leave you with an experience that completely fills you up and has you beaming for the day, whatever may come. We hope to see you- please come join the party!
We both completed a 16 week course. We learned all of the Spinning techniques and the importance of the mechanics behind the techniques. We have been challenged by our mentor, Tina Schneider. She has been teaching for over 30 years. She has all of the tools we need to inspire our students while encouraging them at the same time. She is determined to make us our best! If you have ever wanted to teach spinning I would highly recommend this program!"
What to Expect...
All new students MUST arrive 15 minutes before their first class. We do not allow new students to arrive late–even if you reserved online. Thanks for understanding.

What to expect from our handpicked Instructors:
All of our instructors have been trained and are experienced spinners. Most of our instructors have at least 5 years of teaching experience and many have over 20. Tina Marie Schneider, the owner and director of Spin 360 Core Fitness has been teaching for over 26 years, and Gerie Brink, for over 20 years. All classes are between 40 - 60 minutes and designed for all levels of fitness. You are guaranteed to have a great time! Be prepared to work hard and sweat.
Some things to remember are:
Each Spin 360 ride delivers an intense FULL-BODY workout with a fun and energizing atmosphere. Not only do riders burn calories and get their hearts pumping, but using our method, riders also work their core and tone their upper bodies. In our studio, we ensure that each member is treated to the country's best instructors and staff, trained to deliver unique services and personal attention to all levels of riders.
What to wear:
Men: workout shorts or a bathing suit and a workout shirt. Women: exercise top and shorts — dress as lightly as possible. NO COLOGNE, PERFUME, SCENTED OILS, or MENTHOL SCENTS. NO residual smoking smells please.
Shoes: There are 6 bikes set up for beginners, that require tennis shoes. The remainder of the bikes are clip in and we use the "welgo cleat" A.K.A The First generation LOOK Pedal
(see following images as an example).
20 Bikes require Spinning shoes with these clips and we recommend getting your own shoes.
Who can come:
Anyone who is healthy enough, per their doctor, to do a 60-minute exercise class is welcome. Children over 14 may attend if they are 100% willing and able.
