The Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle

One of the first things I suggest to my clients is to start adding 1 oz. of apple cider vinegar daily to their diet. I actually make an elixir.
To one 16 oz bottle of water - I drink the first 4 0z. then add 1 oz ACV, 2 T raw organic lemon. 1 T of Super Greens drink powder from Trader Joes or whatever brand I have, 1 T of Supper red drink powder - also from TJ. 1 t. Ginger 1 t. cinnamon. 1 scoop of proboitic.
